The Girl on the East Beach

Jay Delp is settling into his new role as the police chief in Ocean Springs. He's reconnected with family while finding his way as the head cop in town.

The serenity of the Mississippi coast shatters when someone discovers the body of a teenage girl on the beach. The young woman's death appears to be an overdose but when they notify her family, Jay finds out the girl had an infant daughter. As more suspicions emerge, Jay thinks there is more to this death than meets the eye.
